VOLUNTEERISM ACADEMY
This project came about to help solve the problem of Lack of Jobs. Research carried out identified Volunteerism as a sure means to get off the job-hunting ladder. To put this theory to the test, in partnership with LNLG and PHACCIMA 12 graduates were chosen at the beta stage. The entire aim of the program was to get unemployed graduates into the workforce for a period of six months. Our median group of 12 went through and 5 participants completed the entire program and got permanent paying positions with the establishments they were place with.
